Later, in 1903, the U.S. state of Massachusetts adopted this system. Since then, vehicle technology has advanced dramatically—with innovations like autonomous vehicles, electric cars, and sophisticated sensors. However, license plates have remained largely unchanged, still made of traditional metal or plastic.
In the United States, around 39,345 people lost their lives in auto accidents in 2024, while millions sustained injuries. The major causes of these accidents include traffic law violations and speeding. These factors contribute to dangerous and fatal situations on the roads. To address these issues, we need an Artificial Intelligence (AI)-based Smart Drive Device that can effectively monitor and prevent such violations, thereby ensuring the protection of human lives on the road.
Accident Assistance Organization presents the innovative concept of a Smart Drive Device, which can be installed in all types of vehicles—even older models. This Smart Drive Device will include multiple advanced features. It will automatically verify and display the driver’s license, insurance policy, and driving record on a digital license plate.
The device will alert drivers in advance about upcoming stop signs, red lights, and speed limits, allowing them to drive safely. If a driver exceeds the speed limit or violates traffic rules, the Smart Drive Device will automatically issue a warning—and, if necessary, generate a traffic ticket.

GPS Traffic Navigation & Law Enforcement Integration
Through the GPS Traffic Navigation Software Application, complete and effective compliance with all road laws will be ensured. This software will assist drivers in adhering to traffic rules such as:
The Vehicle Speed Monitored by GPS feature will allow precise control of the vehicle’s speed, ensuring adherence to safety standards at all times.
In case of a violation, the Smart Drive Device will first issue a warning. If the violation persists, the system will automatically impose a fine, which will be directly transferred from the driver’s linked bank account to the account of the respective city court or traffic authority.
This process promotes law enforcement, accountability, and a culture of discipline and safety on the roads.
The Smart Drive Device will be equipped with a built-in dash camera that will record continuously. In the event of an accident or any traffic violation, this camera will provide reliable and time-stamped evidence. The Smart Drive Device will be directly connected to the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) of the region where the vehicle is traveling. This will allow the local traffic authorities to effectively monitor and enforce traffic laws in real time under their jurisdiction.

I have developed complete and detailed documentation to ensure the robust security of this system, which guarantees that no unauthorized individual or group can interfere with or damage its operations. In addition, I have incorporated advanced features designed to detect and prevent potential threats and tampering. These comprehensive security measures have been carefully crafted to safeguard against any form of misuse or malicious activity.
Moreover, I have integrated supplementary features that significantly enhance both the performance and safety of the system. These measures are highly effective in deterring those who violate speed limits and traffic regulations. In today’s technologically advanced world, it is entirely feasible to control traffic violations through intelligent systems.
As a dedicated volunteer, I am fully prepared to collaborate—free of charge—with any government or official institution in any country to help protect human lives. The Smart Drive Device can only be developed and implemented by the government itself, and I am offering my services exclusively for this purpose. The core reason behind presenting this innovative concept is to improve road safety and reduce traffic violations through intelligent, preventive technology.
Every year, millions of lives are lost due to traffic accidents, and millions more are left physically or emotionally impaired. In light of these tragic realities, we have developed this program to contribute meaningfully to the protection of human life. Accordingly, we will only respond to official government institutions, regardless of their geographic location.
In October 2021, I was involved in a car accident in the state of Oklahoma, in which I was not at fault. As a result of the accident, several of my bones were fractured. I hired a well-known law firm, but unfortunately, my attorney took undue advantage of my legal ignorance and my status as a newcomer to the United States by changing my car insurance liability to underinsured motorist coverage for his own benefit after the accident. Because of this, I also had to pay an excessive fee. I remained bedridden and unemployed for a year, was given inadequate medical treatment, and later my treatment was stopped.
Moreover, my attorney colluded with the defendant and closed my case with prejudice, which was a serious and unfair betrayal to me.
Later, I knocked on many doors seeking justice and assistance, but disappointment was all I received everywhere. When I contacted various legal aid organizations, I learned that they do not provide assistance related to car accidents. Despite all possible efforts, justice seemed a distant dream to me.
My life experiences made me determined to pursue an important mission, and I established a nonprofit organization. I resolved that help should be provided from the very place where deception begins, so that access to justice is equal and easy for everyone. My goal is to establish an organization that offers free legal aid, advice, and other essential services to victims of traffic accidents. Especially for those who face difficulties due to legal ignorance, all obstacles should be removed and every kind of legal guidance and facility should be available on a single platform.
Furthermore, special attention should be given to those who become injured, disabled, and unemployed after car accidents, so that their voices are heard and they receive immediate assistance. This is why this platform has been created—to provide strong support to accident victims so that they can protect their rights, easily obtain justice, and rebuild their lives with dignity and respect.
